The Second JAEE International Symposium will be held on November 11-12,2013. The symposium features oral presentations and the followingabstract-refereed papers on earthquake engineering and related fields for foreign students and young researchers. Symposium papers are abstract-refereed and the accepted papers will be invited to submit full-length papers for the proceedings of the Second International Symposium on Earthquake Engineering, JAEE.
