Presentation Instruction

Please access first at the reception desk, when you arrive at the congress center.

Instruction for Oral Presentation

1) Please access your session chairperson(s) to show your presence by five minutes before the session.

2) For the general oral sessions, twelve minutes are allocated for your presentation including four minutes for questions and discussion; the time schedule will be as follows:

0 min: Start the presentation 8 min: Stop the presentation, and start questions/discussion 12 min: Stop questions/discussion.

3) A digital projector is available. Please bring your own PC and your data file, and make sure whether digital projectors fit well before the session.

4) We do not allow the presentation by substitution. However, if the substitution is
unavoidable, please contact the secretariat as soon as possible.

Poster Presentation

There is no reception for poster presentation, therefore, put your poster by yourself.

1) Presentation time
The poster presentations are divided into three groups as shown in the Table below.

2) Instruction of putting posters
The size of panel is 90cm * 210cm as shown in the Figure. The poster number is indicated at the left top of the panel. Please put your poster at the panel of the same number with your presentation number.

There are 4-pins are prepared in the hall to fix the poster. If you need more pins, please bring by yourself.

3) Instruction of removing posters
Please remove your poster after your presentation time. If the poster is not removed after removing time, it will be discarded.
