Call for Organized Session proposal had closed at the end of January 2010.
This symposium is making a broad call for organized sessions that will plan themes, invitational lectures, general lectures, etc. in advance.
1. Issues of the session themes
We are calling for thought provoking issues relating to earthquake engineering.
2. Session configuration and guest speakers
When it involves just a lecture by a guest speaker, the session may be configured as an oral and poster presentation by the guest speaker and general public contribution. The guest speakers may volunteer general session papers, in addition to guest lecture papers for the organized session. In so doing, the guest speakers must also observe the application instructions; the presenters must be members of a sponsoring institute, and abstracts and lecture papers must be contributed for all lectures. Please also be aware that even the guest speakers must pay the symposium participation fee and lecture fee, the same as general lecturers. When a paper is to be delivered through a general session solicitation, in addition to a guest lecture paper, a one time participation and lecture fee will suffice.
