1. Abstract review
The abstract will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee. The manuscripts deemed unsuitable as lecture papers for this Symposium, in the context of the below items, will be judged unacceptable. In the event that a paper is deemed unacceptable, the author will be notified by the end of June 2010.
a) The explanation is inadequate and it is extremely difficult to understand the content.
b) The same research has been presented previously. However, this excludes previously presented papers, the content of which has been advanced.
c) The content is biased as commercial, governmental, religious or other such propaganda
d) It includes content slanderous to another party
e) It violates the application and writing instructions.
2. Lecture paper
Authors whose abstracts have been selected should submit a lecture paper. Although the lecture papers will not be subject to review, the Scientific Committee may ask you to resubmit the manuscript to correct some minor errors in phraseology, indistinct diagrams, and the like.
